اتفاقية تعاون بين ” أبوغزاله وشركاه للاستشارات” والوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ) لتدريب
قضاة وموظفي وزارة العدل في الاردن
عمان. وقعت شركة “ابوغزاله وشركاه للاستشارات”، احدى شركات مجموعة طلال ابوغزاله العالمية
الرقمية، اتفاقية تعاون مع الوكالة الالمانية للتعاون الدولي GIZ
وتهدف الاتفاقية الى تنفيذ برنامج تدريبي متخصص يستهدف قضاة من المجلس القضائي الاردني
وموظفين من وزارة العدل ضمن برنامج “تدريب المدربين ” (ToT) ووقع الاتفاقية عن الوكالة مديرة
المشروع الدكتورة مليكا بوزين، فيما وقعها عن الشركة المدير التنفيذي للاستشارات المهندس ابراهيم
ابونفاع.
وبموجب الاتفاقية، ستتولى “ابوغزاله وشركاه للاستشارات” تنفيذ البرنامج التدريبي الذي تنظمه
الوكالة. حيث يستهدف المشروع ثلاث مجموعات تدريبية. ويتضمن كل منها ثلاثة برامج متخصصة
باجمالي 90 قاضيا و45 موظفا من وزارة العدل.
واكدت المستشار الفني للشؤون القانونية لدى الوكالة الالمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ)، دانا تحغبسو، ان
هذه الاتفاقية تمثل خطوة مهمة لتعزيز كفاءة الكوادر القضائية والادارية في مجالات التدريب ونقل
المعرفة. واشارت الى ان البرنامج سيمكن المشاركين من تطبيق افضل الممارسات التدريبية داخل بيئة
العمل. بما ينعكس ايجابا على جودة الاداء المؤسسي والبرامج التنفيذية.
من جانبه، اوضح مسؤول المشروع جواد عبيدات ان البرنامج سيوفر للمشاركين مهارات عملية متقدمة
تسهم في تطوير الاداء المؤسسي وتعزيز كفاءة التدريب داخل المؤسسات، مؤكدا ان هذا التعاون يعكس
مستوى الثقة بالخبرات التدريبية التي تقدمها مجموعة طلال ابوغزاله العالمية ويسهم في دعم جهود بناء
القدرات البشرية في القطاعين القضائي والحكومي.
وعلى هامش توقيع الاتفاقية، نظمت جولة ميدانية لممثلي الوكالة في مرافق المجموعة حيث اشاد الوفد
بمستوى القاعات التدريبية والتقنيات المستخدمة، ومدى توافقها مع المعايير الدولية في مجال التدريب
والتطوير المؤسسي.

‘Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting’ and the German Agency for
International Cooperation (GIZ) Sign Cooperation Agreement
AMMAN – Talal Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting (TAG-Consult), a member of
Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Global Digital (TAG.GD), has signed a cooperation
agreement with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) to train
a group of judges from the Jordanian Judicial Council, as well as a number of
employees from the Ministry of Justice, under a Training of Trainers (ToT)
Program, aimed at enhancing participants’ professional training skills.
The agreement was signed on behalf of the Agency by Dr. Malika Bouziane,
project director, and on behalf of TAG-Consult by its Executive Director, Mr.
Ibrahim Abu Naffa.
Under this agreement, ‘Abu-Ghazaleh & Co. Consulting’ will implement a
specialized training program organized by the Agency. The project will target
three groups, each consisting of three training programs, with a total of 90
judges and 45 Ministry’s employees. Participants will undergo a comprehensive
Training of Trainers program and will be awarded professional certificates upon
successfully completing all program requirements.
Ms. Dana Tehaghapsao, technical advisor for Legal Affairs at GIZ, emphasized
that this agreement represents an important step toward strengthening
participants’ capabilities in the field of training and knowledge transfer. She
further noted that the ToT program will contribute to developing the
participants’ skills and enabling them to apply best training practices within the
workplace, thereby positively impacting the quality of programs and projects
delivered.
For his part, Project Manager Mr. Jawad Obeidat stated that the program will
equip participants with the practical skills necessary to enhance institutional
performance and improve training efficiency within organizations. He added that
the collaboration with GIZ reflects confidence in the training expertise provided
by TAG.GD and contributes to supporting efforts to develop human capacities
and empower professional cadres.

Mr. Obeidat also organized a field tour for the Agency’s representatives across
TAG.GD’s facilities to review the logistical arrangements that will be provided
to participants throughout the project. The delegation expressed satisfaction with
the training halls and facilities, noting that they meet all relevant international
standards.
